Linn possesses a keen understanding of brand strategy, people development, employee and franchisee relations, and digital technology implementation. He is currently working with the executive team at Honor to lead the development and integration of tools and technology which are designed to enhance business efficiency and create industry-leading care for clients and work experiences for Care Professionals at Honor and its Home Instead franchise network.
Linn is recognized for his innovative approach to promoting business growth and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. His insights provide unique perspectives on how businesses can promote healthy aging and expand the world’s capacity to care for older adults.
Prior to joining Honor, Linn worked for Yum! Brands, where he spent over 13 years as an integral member of the executive and leadership teams. His roles included serving as the Global Director of Operations for KFC, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth strategies across 18 business units across 140 countries and 25,000 restaurants worldwide. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for KFC Canada, overseeing operations for more than 650 franchise locations.
